SDI: Specially Designed Instruction is planned, organized and meaningful teaching that is intentional and systematic that specifically addresses the student's individual needs. SDI refers to specialized, intensive academic instruction provided by a teacher - whether it be through In-class supports in the general education classroom or Pull-out supports in a small group setting.
